First visit to this site and absolutely top class camp with superb facilities including bathrooms etc, the welcome from the roaming goats amazing, but the staff with there brilliant customer service was excellent.
We will return no question. Martyn/Bridget

We had a lovely stay at Carsington Fields in a very scenic and serene pitch by the pond with plenty of ducks and fish to entertain us. My dogs loved the dog field, and we enjoyed watching the goats and chickens - looking forward to having their eggs for tea which were available to buy in the shop. Facilities were spotless and well maintained. A lovely break all round. Definitely one to try if you haven't yet been!
Response from the owner:Thank you so very much Hayley for your very kind review so glad you had a nice break Look forward to seeing you all again soon Kindest regards Judy &,kate xx
What a fabulous place! The running of this site is a passion rather than a job for the 2 couples there. From the moment you check in, nothing is too much trouble & there are lots of lovely little touches to make sure you have everthing you could possibly need. I stayed over the bank holiday weekend, but the site did not appear cramped because the policy is to keep everyone spaced out with plenty of green space in the middle. Showers are huge & very clean. Wash up has liquid & scrubbers. The office has all the essentials as well as fresh eggs & hand crafted bird boxes etc. Final cute touch was the goats im their spa enclosure. A prefect weekend. Thank you.
Response from the owner:Thank you so very much Erika for you 5 star review, your lovely comments mean everything to us many thanks best wishes Judy & Kate xx
We stayed here for the August bank holiday weekend. We had 2 pitches, we stopped in our touring van and our family in a tent, we were able to stay next to each other, this isn't always allowed due to being in our different accomodation types, sometimes they're separated and usually on different fields, so this was a bonus.

The ladies are so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them, they have a cute shop with lots of essential food to buy, including eggs (from their chickens), milk, crisps etc free fruit from their trees and surrounding neighbours.

The site itself is lovely and such a spacious feel, big pitches and you're not on top of one another.

Toilet block was spotless and I have high standards when it comes to a toilet block, so that says a lot coming from me, plenty of space in the showers and cleanliness well kept on top of.

Cute goats and chickens to see, dog walking field, we don't have a dog but it seemed a decent size for them. There is also a massive grass area for ball games.

Location again was spot on! We were able to walk to Carsington Waters around 1½-2miles walk, which has plenty to do for the family, the walk itself around 8 miles and lots to do at the visitors centre including, water sports and a decent sized park, which the kids loved!

So overall we had an amazing weekend, if you like a chilled time away or even your walks or bike riding it's perfect.

Thank you again to the ladies at Carsington fields, I'll be back with my pink dry robe soon!!
Response from the owner:Wow thank you so very very much for you amazing comments that bought a tear to my eye So glad you had a lovely time sooo look forward to seeing you again soon Love the pink dry robe thank you so much Regards Judy kate & team xx
